Product: HP DesignJet T830 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a particularly unusual incident with an office-shared plotter. When printing Arch D sized sheets, the printer will not print in landscape using the HP DesignJet T830 MFP PCL3 wireless driver. Even when I try to switch the orientation, the print area would only rotate about its own axis, and will not fill the full 36-inch width of the paper. I have reinstalled the printer drivers a few times to no avail. What could the cause of this, and how can I resolve it?
