HP Envy Photo 7800

I had malware on my printer driver.  I wasn't able to print.  Of course my warranty expired.  Even with the warranty HP wasn't available when I needed them.  I called APPLE for help.  The agent helped me remove the corrupted file.  They couldn't help me install software I needed.  My only option was to do a Bing Search.  The first video was a winner.  This solved my unable to print issue.  HP didn't offer help with MACS and the instructions only referred to the dreaded WINDOWS OS.

If you are using a MAC, try this to refresh you printer.  Apple logo on top left<system preferences<printers and scanners<right click on the white window to the left<click refresh printing system<click the add a printer button<then click the last used printer.  This should work.  I was ready to uninstall the printer, put the printer on the curb for pick up to trash and then look for another printer brand..  Once I need a new printer I will switch the printer brand.  I am very unhappy with the customer service at HP.
