Samsung Xpress SL-M2070W Laser Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi people. I have looked through multiple searches and still can't find any solution to my problem.

As we know, HP has acquired Samsung's printer divison.

However, on HP website, it says that "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website. " (seriously?)

I hope you guys can help me with this; I'm about to go crazy.

I have a "Samsung Xpress SL-M2070W Laser Multifunction Printer" and I am trying to scan a document. But, I am encountering this error message "The current processing has failed, probably, due to lack of memory or disk space in your system or due to problems at the device side. Output images have not been saved."

I suspect that, this is on the device side. I own an Alienware 15 R3 and it's hard to imagine it's out of memory.

Attempted Fixes:

1) Reinstall software/drivers

2) Clearing memory on  the printer itself via tech setup, which can be accessed by pressing these buttons in the order of "Up, Down, Left, Right, Ok, Stop/Pause, Ok". Printer has cleared memory but error message still persists.

Not sure if it helps, the product is still in warranty for another 22 months.

Any advise is highly appreciated! Thank you for reading!
