HP laserJet MFP M426fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have inherited a network with about 6 branches. in one branch the  HP laserJet MFP M426fdw printer won't allow scanning to an email address. The following error message keeps coming up

'All recipient e-mail addresses are rejected by the server. Ensure the recipient e-mail addresses are correct.'

I have compared the settings on this machine with others at other branches and can't find what is different. It was working then it started getting the above error message about 1-2 weeks ago. I have not changed anything to cause this problem.

The SMTP server setting are as follows:

Enabled Default SMTP server.

SMTP server : [edit]

SMTP: Port 25

E-mail Message Preferences

From:  Default from E-mail address

Default from E-mail address: [edit]

The Above setting are the same on other machines in the network and they work with no problems.

I hope this is enough information to go on.
