Product: HP DESKJET 2331
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP deskjet 2331 printer / scanner / copier.

I recently upgraded my laptop to Win 11.

Post this, I am unable to scan anything on my HP DJ 2331.

Upon clicking the scan option, i get a message saying 'The HP DJ 2300 Series was not found.'

 

Need help with resolution.
