Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a samsung printer Xpress SL-M2070FW and a computer with Windows 10 (64bits)

When I plugged the printer I have directly a message "wait image", so I unplugged and replugged it but I have still the message "wait image".

After some research I found that maybe the error is from de firmware so I downloaded it form the following website:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-xpress-sl-m2070-laser-multifunction-printer...

The instruction was to drag and drop the file "M2070F_V3.00.01.37.hd" to "usblist2.exe"

I did it and a shell opened did somethings and close.

After a few seconds the "wait image" error disapeared and was replaced by "Image error reset printer".

So I unplugged and replugged it and I'm seeing the message "wait image" again...

I don't know what to do, is someone know a solution ? Please.

PS: Sometime the printer can work sundenly after an unplug and replug, but after turn it off and start on, the message "Wait image" come back.

Regards,

Adrien
