Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried updating the firmware yesterday. My printer is connected by ethernet.  I actually thgought at first nothing had happened at all, because I didn't get any progress bar on my computer, and the Control Panel of the printer never changed from "Ready". I tried to accessed the print server through my browser, to check the firmware version in the configuration page again, but the browser couldn't connect. I went to the control panel, to check the IP settings in the printer, but when I tried to enter the embedded jetdirect menu, it just gave me the message: 49.FF.01 turnoff then on, (or words to that effect). I did so, but no change. I printed off the Configuration pages, and it shows the printer firmware has been updated, and it even shows an updated firmware version for the Jetdirect, and has the correct IP address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway, BUT at the top of that page, under STATUS, it says: INCOMPLETE  F/W -MUST DOWNLOAD. 

How can I get the embedded jetdirect working again?
