Dear Customer,

 

In order to print from you PC or Mac, you NEED to Install Software for your PC/Mac after you setup Printer via Mobile or Printer touch panel.

 

  • For PC/Mac, visit 123.hp.com to download  and Install the Software.123HP.jpg

 

  • Next, click to download the software as shown below

  • Install the software to connect printer and print
Click on the "Thumbs up"button on the bottom to say "Thanks"
