HP ENVY 6020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to use my new HP ENVY 6020 AiO on a "HP Probook" running under Win 10 Pro.
There is one account with administrative privileges to manage the notebook. The daily work is done under separate accounts with restricted privileges. Due to this strategy I've installed the "HP Smart"-software using the administrative account and both, printing and scanning, works very well.

But when I login as one of the working accounts, there is no "HP Smart"-software available.

Furthermore, when I try to print any document, I'm able to choose the printer from the selection in the printing dialog, but the operation fails later on. (The printer's security settings already grant "print"-, "manage printer"-, "manage documents"-rights to "everyone"!)

How can I solve this?

Do I have to install the "HP Smart"-software under every working account even if they have no right to install any software?
