So I just got a new Laptop for a client and added the printer to the computers printers, I then try to print a test page and nothing happens. The printer whirrs and spins up but nothing prints. If I try to print on the old Laptop it works and prints a page. I looked at the logs for the printer and for the old laptop it has a user there: ExampleUsername - Print Successful
Whereas for the new Laptop it has a bunch of random letters and numbers as the username and says the following: User Print Quota reached
This printer is a communal printer for both workers and members of the public to use. There are users on the printer but they are only required for scanning documents or copying. The user signs in (on the physical printer - not software in windows 10) with a 6 digit code and then selects what action they want to do.
I want to have this New Laptop print the same as the old one, I click print on a document and it prints with no further action.
