Product: HP deskjet 2510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have those line  :

The background should be yellow light with whites clouds (It's a drawing).

I've tried many solutions : plug and Unplug to reset system, clean the glass very carrefuly.

I've also used my scann a lot and this never happend before.

 

Someone have a solution to solve this problem ?
