Product: WF-3520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I almost always have to close the scan function after each scan because the app stops responding after the scan is completed. The drivers for this printer are up-to-date. I normally use the scanner function in Office Mode, but this problem occurs regardless of mode. It also occurs without regard to how the document is fed...Auto Detect, ADF or Document Table. This problem occurs only with Windows 10. It was not a problem before I upgraded from Windows 7. My current laptop is an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx running Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version: 17134.523.
