hp scanjet scanner 2400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to scan a document on my scanner (hp scanjet 2400) and it tells me I need a WIA driver.  I've downloaded the lastest version of the drivers for this model, and it still doesn't work, still get the same message.

I already tried to solve the issue using the HP Print and Scan Doctor with no result! The Doctor cannot detect my scanner!

Searching the Properties of the Scanner, it says "The device is working properly". Though, under the Heading "Events: There is the following information: Driver Management concluded the process to install driver hpg2436.inf_amd64_cf16d9182f2466f8\hpg2436.inf for Device Instance ID USB\VID_03F0&PID_0A01\CN5CDSR1C2 with the following status: 0x0.

Then later there is unother remark: Device USB\VID_03F0&PID_0A01\CN5CDSR1C2 requires further installation.

Why can the HP Print and Scan Doctor  not detect the scanner?

Where can I get this driver, please?

Thank you!
