Product: Surface Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently bought an HP4120 and tried to install following the instructions provided.  

After countless attempts and 2 hours of Messenger support I was told to contact my service provider for internet.  Knowing that it would be a fruitless exercise, I decided to look at the Mesh provider website (Deco) and found a page that recommended taking Fast Roaming and 5G off the settings.........

This worked and my printer worked straight away.  

I wish HP would put that on the wireless settings that your wifi will need 2.4GHz not 5G and fast roaming on the literature.  It would save a lot of time.
