Hello Community,

 

i got following Issue:

 

Our Printers (HP m775) run on a Global Config.

On this Global Config there's the Default "Scan to Mail" Set to scan 2 sided.

I created a new Quickset to scan 1 sided, but when i roll out this Configuration a User Autethication appears on the Screen and the User can't do anything.

 

Sorry for my bad English, I hope you can understand it.
