Hello Hp team

I m very angry, that webservices not works any more with my printer. 

I need the possibility to print over internet and not only over wlan.

I have a account for my printer over years.

I deactive because mails not are printing anymore an try to reactivate.

But now I cannot enter to the side of hp connect where is the possibility to activite or deactivice.

I installetet smart app , but the first page want a printer code.

I make a hard reset of my printer ,but the problem is the same.

I cannot activite webservices and so I cannt get a code or activite my eprintadress on the webside  which never open.

Im very unhappy.

Pleaae help my soon!!
