Latex 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I started getting some banding in solid blacks on my Latex 360, so I checked the embedded web server and found that one out of the two Cyan-Black printheads was handling all of the printing load. I've attached a few images to show what I mean:

The first image shows the large difference in usage between printheads #3 and #4 and the second image shows printhead #4 set as the "host printhead". To my knowledge, no settings had been changed to cause this.

Replacing the printhead fixed the problem, however, we haven't seen this before. Is anybody familiar with this? and can I prevent this from happening? I don't want to have to replace another printhead so shortly after installing it.

Thanks!
