Product: Samsung Galaxy S8
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

What is the difference in functionality between the HP Smart app and the HP Print Service Plugin app?  Some previous community answers start with saying to install. already done theat. I just want to understand what is the differences between the apps, so do I really need both, and why?
