HP Recommended
Product: Officejet 7310 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I open the HP Solution Center associated with my OfficeJet 7310 I get a window with an "fi".

I downloaded the latest software and drivers for this printer but it didn't change the problem.  I was trying to start a scan.  The above screen will not respond to any clicks.
