Product: Web JetAdmin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

I've  been using Web JetAdmin for years.  Increasingly I am unable to download firmware upgrades for printers and JetDirect cards. 

 

For example, I have several LaserJet 400 Color M451 in various sites on our state wide network.  Most have the 20130815 firmware version.  The HP site show version 20150126 is available.  Yet it is not available to download into the Web JetAdmin repository.

 

This is true for several other printer and jetdirect models.  I understand devices fall out of support, but this doesn's seem to be the case.  The firmware is available to download, just not into Web JetAdmin.

 

Is HP winding down Web JetAdmin, intending to discontinue support?  I'm running Web JetAdmin 10.4 SR2.
