HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro M118
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am experiencing poor print quality, with dots appearing on the left side of the page.  I have replaced the cartridge, but to no avail.  The manual suggests printing a cleaning page, which should be accessible from the printer control panel.  I am unable to find the printer control panel however.  Any tips?
