HP Recommended
Product: Office Jet 3831
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi, we have a chromebook which we print through the cloud to our HP 3831 printer. suddenly we are told it "isn't supported after dEcember 2020" and has stopped printing. I can't figure out anything around this. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
