I have the problem (with an HP6962 Deskjet printer; all-in-one) and have searched for solutions to no avail.  I have not tried the app that the "expert" suggested because I'm tired of wasting my time. If I get the patience to try it out I'll let you know if it worked for me though.

 

I do have a workaround.  I downloaded HP Print Service Plugin for my Android smartphone and am able to print multiple copies of a document with no problem.  (I open the document on my phone and just print it from there instead of from my Chromebook C11).  I haven't tried printing in landscape yet but will let you know later how that worked out for me.  

 

Recently, Chrome has made Google Play accessible to Chromebook.  I've downloaded the HP Print Service Plugin but have not been able to use it from my Chromebook (yet).
