I am very frustrated and more than a bit angry.

My printer is no longer supported by HP, yet I cannot choose to use it with a continuous ink system - or even with multiple-refill cartridges. There is something very wrong with this tactic, and I do not appreciate you locking me out of my printer. Tell me how to fix the problem - and don’t tell me to buy “genuine HP ink cartridges” as a fix. It is not.

I have been a loyal HP customer for more than 30 years, but I’m to the point that I’m going to move on. Epson eco-tanks look good - but I’ll be da^%ed if I’ll buy any form of tank printer from y’all. At this rate, once my current HP laptop dies - it’s five years old and in constant use - I’m going to be finding another vendor for that as well. I’ve owned four HP printers and 5 laptops over the years, as well as assorted plotting and professional printing products.

I am so disappointed in you, HP. You’ve already resolved  class action claims about similar tactics by pushing updates to the affected products, eliminating the governor on our speedometer, so to speak. Will it really take another one for you to right this?
