Product: HP OfficeJet Pro
Operating System: iOS

Hi, my printer was working 2 days ago via all my devices but now is saying offline - when tried to fix it it comes back as driver unavailable & now on the go smart app it won’t find my printer anymore. 

 

I can still print via emailing my printer over WiFi and using the touch screen on my printer but can’t use it via the app on my  laptop, phone or iPad anymore & have no idea why it stopped working as is connected to internet - any ideas on what I can do as have tried all troubleshooting &  hp solutions to fix it with no success.
