Product: HP OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I am using the printer screen to attempt to change the wireless wifi setting. The printer finds the new wifi network and I type in the password which is a phone number including area code. I have connected other devices using a NO SPACE or SYMBOLS such as () around the area code e.g. 1234567890
This format is entered and the wifi screen says its connected to the wifi router. When I try to print a simple document, the file goes to que but does not print. Do I need to put in parenthesis or do something else???
