Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello Have an Officejet Pro 8610 that I have previously used on Windows 10 Home (64 bit). Printer has previously worked on this computer before. For some reason i lost connectivity of the printer, when attempting to re install the drivers and printer I get the message that saying due to a policy .net 4.0 driver installations have been blocked. Followed the troubleshooter, with no success. Since I have the Home version I do not have the option to edit group policy objects and I'm not on a domain or connected to a server with group policy installed. Need help..
