HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community Members, I apologize in advance if this has already been answered.  I have a Windows Server 2016 hosting our Printer Server.  We are having issues with a Print Share, a HP LaserJet 600 m602 (Firmware 2302908_435019).  When team members add the printer to their Windows 10 Enterprise computer, the driver defaults to HP LaserJet A4/Letter-Hardware PCL6 Class Driver.  I confirmed the correct drivers, HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601 M602, are defaulted on the Printer Server (see Image A below).  On the client side, Windows 10, it defaults to the LaserJet A4/Letter-Hardware PCL6 Class Driver (see image B).  On the client side, you can switch the drivers to the HP LaserJet 600 m601 M602, Click Apply, the settings will hold for a Test Print, then revert back to the A4 Drivers when you exit.

I have verified Language and Region settings, removed and recreated the print share, tried different 64x print drivers for the LJ Ent. 600.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
