Hello,

I have an HP LaserJet M506dn and a HP LaserJet M452dn that are connected as network printers.  I have a MS Surface Book with Windows 10 Pro ver 1703.  I RDP into a Windows 2008 R2 RDP Server.  Both printers redirect and are configured on the RDP session.  If I open the "see what is printing" windows for the redirected printer and i send a test print job, i see that the test print job enters and leaves the printer queue, but the print job never prints.

 

Since Easy Print is not working, i manually installed the same printer driver on the RDP Server and the Windows 10 Pro but printing still does not work.

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
