Officejet Pro 9010

I purchased a computer with Windows 11 - so a clean install not an upgrade to 11. After installing the software, drivers, etc. on my computer, I could only print in greyscale and monochrome. After going through the reinstall process a couple of times just nothing worked. I opened up the Windows Control Panel, went to Devices and Printers and found my Officejet Pro 9010 series printer and right clicked on icon to open Printer Properties. I found the model listed as Model IPP Class Driver with no color, double sided print options, etc. Now that isn't right! I opened the Advanced tab and had the wizard look for HP drivers. Found the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series PCL-3 driver, selected it and completed the wizard. And guess what - PRINTER WORKS NOW. I can print in color, double sided, etc..... So it's pretty easy to guess that HP has a bug in the install program that worked fine with Windows 10 but doesn't set the correct driver for Windows 11.
