Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

If you are using an old desktop systems on a 32 bit / Windows 7 like I am  . Don't worry The HP 6968 /6960 works find .

I had to reinstall my service packs 1/2/3 and all that was downloaded plus patches . Make sure you have a good windows Flash program . Very important . 

I have an old Dell 1999 Tower  Windows XP /32 bit and it runs all the programs today that are made for this type of machine . 

There are some bugs in Windows 10  -11 upgrades where the .DLL may not match your Fax or Copier . Download update patches . 

Most of these printer programs use an high end Flash Adobe software or PC Card . If you having trouble this could be one of your reasons . Reinstall a Flash program 8.1 or higher . 

 

If you can increase your memory that will help greatly . These programs are very large today and take up a lot of memory to operate .
