Envy 6000
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am having trouble with my ENVY 6000.  A few weeks ago it disconnected from my wifi connection and now, no matter what I do, I cannot get it to work again.  I have an ipad so I need to use wireless, not ethernet.  The most recent message I received was “The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support.”  I have searched the internet, messaged HP (call lines are too long), and no resolution.  

I saw a reference to this issue with another customer and the final note from HP support referred to this being a potential hardware problem.  I am still under warranty so I need to know what to do now.
