Product: HP Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 5530 won't print black EXCEPT for graphics. Weird, eh? Example: I can print a B & W cartoon, but can't copy the printout! Won't print from MS Office programs like Word or Excel. Already tried cleaning cartridges, printheads, unplugging and resetting printer, removing and reinstalling printer.

If it means anything, this all started after I printed a single photo from MS Photo Gallery.
