I have the same problem. When i try to create a new Conversation, it gives me the same error. how to resolve. (apparently, i am able to reply to existing conversation)

I created a login in HP US website and raised another issue. The HP Support is pathetic

I have the same issue. I can't even start threads of my own. 

 

My newly purchased printer won't work and I have no means to submit the problem, since I don't have permission to open a new thread.

I have the same issue too.  Cannot create a new message,  Error -You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.  Tried several browsers and a couple different pcs and no luck..   Who can fix this?
