Problem still exists although I tried to change and update my profile.

Still error message
"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue."

comes up.

 

Frustrating...

@HP: Fix your community accesses so that everybody is allowed to use it. Otherwise it's not useful
