Z5600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We have an HP Z5600 in our environment on our Print Server.  The users that use this had Windows 7 machines and used it just fine.  We just gave them Windows 10 laptops and they immediately had errors stating network connectivity issues.  This was with the PS3 driver so I changed it to the PCL3 driver and that error went away but now when they print nothing comes out.  I can see through our Print Management Software that the jobs are going through but connecting to the printers Web Interface does not show the jobs at all.

Outside of changing the drivers I also did the latest firmware update.  It appears to work from my machine and we are on the same Windows 10 Education 1709 64-bit OS.  Security on the Print Share only allows IT and their Department the ability to print.  Print Server is Windows Server 2012R2 and our Print Management Software is PaperCut.

I'm going onsite tomorrow but thought I'd ask in case there was something I may have missed.

Thanks!
