Product: Designjet Z9+
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hey guys! I'm facing problems loading paper, printer always says that there is paper on sheet path, so I assume the sensor has some problem. I've tried cleaning it up with no success, now I need to enter service mode to calibrate it but had no luck with 3174 code. Could you provide please the service menu code for the Z9+ printer? Thanks in advance, sorry for my english.
