HP Recommended

I am trying to make a business inkjet 1100 work on Windows 10. I know it can be done because I have done it before, but after googling and struggling for hours yesterday, I am reaching out for some help. I know hp does not have a Win 10 driver for this printer, but if I recall correctly, the Microsoft driver for the business inkjet 1000 works to just print but I just cannot seem to get this driver connected to my printer. Help!
