Hey there,
I'm trying to get my lab's 3D scanner operational again following lockdown. I've previously had this David sls-2 equipment working fine. However, I've now run into problems calibrating the equipment.
I can find and launch the David software on my laptop ok, as before. The turntable and camera are connecting fine, and I am getting an image from the camera on my screen. The projector is also being detected and controlled by the software ok.
I have followed the HP manual guidance to run the calibration (which is fundamentally the same as I was doing previously) using the black and white glass screen supplied.
On hitting the calibration button, the process initiates and runs beyond the RGB colour calibration part, but then fails with the message 'Projector Calibration failed. Could not find a valid mapping between measured points and model parameters.'
Any help would be gratefully received.
