Product: hp laserjet p2014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Dear Members,

 

i am facing an error with hp laserjet p2014 printer hope you peopels could help me . my network is like this

windows server 2012  - all comupter are joined to domain-all systems have windows 7 (64,32).

Error i am facing.  printer hangs during printing some times delay in printing problem with printing with pdf files and webpages. and some time print the blank pages (it happens just from chrome)

what i want to do. actually i installed the driver from below website,

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-p2010-printer-series/3322555/model/3322...

but when i try to install firmware update i find this errors,HP-Firmware-Error.jpeg

could you help me in this regard, anyway i install the hp print and scan doctor but my problem remain the same.
