Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I keep being asked to remove and reinstall colour cartridge,  have done this several times  but continues to re-occur. I've had the printer for two and a half years and only ever had one set of cartridges. as new cartridges will not be sent until this problem is resolved what have I paid all this money for.  Its beginning to feel like a con to me
