Product: HP Envy Photo 6230

I bought my printer from Amazon uk, 23rd January. I registered with Instant Ink. Didnt get a welcome email, but a week or or so later received an email telling me my welcome pack had been despatched. I have now received the ink and welcome pack.

 

ive just tried to claim my £30 cashback and sent my invoice as proof of purchase, screenshots of the instant ink email stating my welcome pack had been despatched, plus screen shots of my instant ink home page showing when I registered and which package I’d signed up for. 

 

I submitted my claim, but received an email back stating they needed the instant ink email within 7 days from their reply. I can’t upload it to them, I never received one, which was why I sent all the screenshots of my account page.

 

there is no way to contact them to tell them and so it looks like I won't get my £30 . I’m not very happy about this.  I would have thought the screenshot of my account proving i had signed up for instantink would be sufficient.
