HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a problem with printing, in that i can't.  re-installed drivers from disc, problem not solved, re-installed over the internet, didn't resolve.  doesn't matter what i'm trying o print or from any software, the message is the same throughout "Can't print due to a problem with the printer setup"  getting distraught.

 

Computer is HP All-in-One - 22-3160na (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) and the printer is a Brother MFC-J6520DW.
