Hi. I am troubleshooting a Designjet 500, witch my customer replace already 5 cyan cartridges (original ones) #82 and the plotter print for about 10 drawings and then the message says " (X) replace the cyan cartridge". Is the ink delivery system defective? Help appreciated, thanks.
