HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Printer:  Officejet Pro X476dw MFP connected to wireless network.

Printer works fine except I cannot print a single-sided document.  Documents always print duplex.

I have reset the printer to factory defaults and duplex printing is OFF in settings, but documents are printing in duplex.  

Both Word and Adobe PDF documents print duplex when more than one page is sent to the printer.

This just started today.  Before that there were no problems printing multiple pages.

I've run out of things to try here, so any suggestions are appreciated
