Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently testing out cloud printing functionality with Chromebooks using HP's ePrint and Google Cloud Print. The problem I am having is that when I enable ePrint and get an ePrint email to link with Google's Cloud Print, it works for a few days and then stops working. I can print to the printer directly over the network so I know it is not an issue with the connection.

When ePrint stops working and I go to the HP Web Services tab for the printer in my browser it says "Unable to contact HP Connected. ePrint service may be affected. Connection will be restored automatically. If the issue persists check your network or contact administrator." I believe this has something to do with it. I have added  hpeprintcenter.com to our iBoss content filtering allow list as well.

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue?

Thanks
