HP Recommended
Product: HP 7155 & HP 8035

Hi - we have been unable to use the eprint service for about 1 week now. We tried from Iphone, and android galaxy s10.  We have 2 different HP printers and neither of them print.  The error is 

Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job was received, but could not be printed.

ePrint Error
The print job was cancelled because the print job could not be printed at this time due to an issue with the service. Please try again later.

We have rebooted our phones, printers, routers, we have done all the troubleshooting previously recommended.

2 different printers, 2 different phones

Nothing works

Please help!
