HP Recommended
Product: envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Black ink was low. Put in new cartridge like i have done in the past.  It did not align itself and print test page like it did in the past.

Now if I send a print job. the paper comes out but there is nothing on the paper. If I run  a test the color inks show up but no black print
