Product: M2020w
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

I get error message code: 11-1114 when I try to print on my Samsung M2020w printer.

Usually, when I try to print a few-page document, one page prints, but no more. The error message says: SPL error - including corrupted data... Version: SPL 5.93 06-09-2014. Error cod: 11-1114.

The info from the System Preferences re this printer:

Driver Version:

1.01.04

URL:

usb://Samsung/M2020%20Series?serial=070MB8GG9A018TZ

Also, the small red/orange light above the letters WPS on the printer stays on.

I was trying to install

Samsung SL-M202x Series Print Driver

V3.72.01

and I thought it was installed (got message "Finished"), but the system preferences show v. 1.01.04, not v. 3.72.01

I would be grateful for help with solving this problem.
