Product: officejet pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have removed and reloaded the software, given the printer a static wifi address (it is connected to the wifi) run HP doctor several times,turned everything off and removed plugs and I still get an error message when printing from the computer to the printer.

Using an iphone over the same network is fine!!!!

What should i do??
